Spend two days at Thorn Wood Forge forging your own German-pattern axe in a traditional blacksmith's workshop.
Working alongside our professional blacksmiths, you will complete every stage of the process. You will forge the axe head, heat-treat and grind the blade, shape and fit an ash handle.
No previous blacksmithing experience is required. Places are limited to eight participants, giving you plenty of time at the anvil and direct guidance throughout the build.
