Delivery and Returns

Please allow two weeks for delivery on all items unless otherwise specified on our website. Some items are kept in stock, and we will endeavour to send the items as quickly as possible. Many items are made to order and will require longer to deliver. Lead times on custom orders will be discussed during the ordering process.

We will endeavour to keep you informed of any delays and contact you to let you know when your item is being dispatched.

Your goods will be sent via Royal mail, either by First Class ‘Signed For’ post or Special Delivery, depending on your choice or the weight/value of the item, if they cannot be delivered for any reason a card will be left informing you of redelivery or collection details. We strive to keep the postage costs as fair as possible but due to the different weights of each product it can be difficult to get it right every time, but we do try.

Special delivery can be tracked, so if you have not received your goods, please contact us to track your item.

International orders will be sent either First Class Airmail, Airsure postage or Fed-Ex, depending on the weight and value of your item.

We would be very grateful if you could contact us when you receive your item so that we know that it has been received safely and has not been damaged in transit.

If your goods are damaged or faulty upon receipt, you must notify us within seven days so we can arrange a repair or replacement.

You have the right to return faulty goods for a full refund, including postage, within a seven-day period. 

Notification of return of goods must be made by phone, letter or email, within seven days of receipt of goods.

All goods must be returned in an unused condition, well packaged, and sent using an insured trackable postage method with a copy of the relevant receipt. Return postage will not be refunded if the goods are not faulty.

If goods are damaged or seem to have been used, we reserve the right to make a charge for the damage or repair.

Please note that returns on bespoke orders cannot be accepted unless the item is damaged or faulty.

We want you to be happy with your order, please get in touch if you are dissatisfied with anything.

You must be over the age of 18 to purchase a tool from this website.

Please understand that slight variations in specification are possible due to the handmade nature of our products.

When making an order, if the product is not available for immediate dispatch, a 50% deposit will be taken. If an order is cancelled after seven days, we would have to retain the deposit, but we do not require the full amount unless you have been informed of the completion of your order.

The right to cancel orders does not apply to goods made to customers own specifications or measurements.

Despite rapidly fluctuating material costs, we endeavour to stay true to a quoted price so long as a 50% deposit is taken within 7 days. If the client makes any changes to the order, even after the deposit is taken, we reserve the right to increase the price accordingly.6tg

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. Changes to these terms and conditions can be made at any time without prior notice and will be displayed here.
