​Any personal information supplied to us through the contact forms, subscriptions, and the checkout process and pages will be stored until a time when we deem fit to delete this data or you ask us to delete it. ​Your data and personal information are protected and processed through Squarespace and card payments through Stripe, which has a highly secure data protection system and 24hr team to ensure your information is secure through their side of the data collection process. 

​We have implemented generally accepted standards of technological and operational security to protect personal data. 

​Please be aware that where you are transmitting and sending information to us over the internet this can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure, as with all online use.

​You will be notified promptly in the event of any breach of your personal data which might expose you to serious risk.

​We are compliant with GDPR rules and regulations of which all paperwork is filed and stored in locked cabinets. After 7 years we are able destroy all paper trails in line with HMRC rules and regulations although are not complied by law to do so after 7 years. 

​Any personal or device information collected though this site will never be sold on. We will not share or disclose your personal data or personal information to any third parties or affiliated companies/persons without your prior consent via email, or verbal communication (which you are free to withhold) except where we are required to do so by law or as set out in this privacy policy.

​Your information will be passed on and shared with some service providers including, couriers, delivery companies, sub-contractors, employees, service providers and agents where necessary to complete services on your behalf and fulfil orders in their entirety.
